Â鶹´«Ã½ (Â鶹´«Ã½) and ADCO Drywall teamed up to capture this exciting video specific to the largest mass-timber project on the west coast. These relatively unique types of projects use pre-fabricated wood columns and flooring instead of concrete to support the majority of the structure itself. As a result the amount of drywall required to provide adequate fireproofing is significant. Â鶹´«Ã½ was also tasked with delivering the steel studs for the project.

Â鶹´«Ã½, Kole Construction and McHugh Construction Team Up on the Vista Tower Project in Chicago

Since June 2017, Â鶹´«Ã½ (Â鶹´«Ã½) has been partnering with both Kole and McHugh Construction in transforming Chicago’s iconic skyline with its latest skyscraper, Vista Tower. Once completed in the summer of 2020, the 101 story Vista Tower will become Chicago’s third tallest building at 1,198 feet. Vista Tower is located at 375 E Wacker Drive and will consist of a 5 Star Hotel called the Wanda Vista accompanied by luxury condominiums with sweeping city views. Â鶹´«Ã½ was instrumental in the floor-by-floor delivery, stocking and strategic placement of all the wallboard/drywall, interior steel framing and insulation for the interior build out. Â鶹´«Ã½ recognizes Kole and McHugh Construction on a job well done with this amazing structure which will forever change the Chicago skyline.
